How to set your target

When you're in one of the training modes (Classic, Scripted adventure), the lengths of your chastity sessions are straightforward: you start with three days locked, and you slowly advance to two weeks or even more, as you progress. This takes time: a year at minimum, but even more on average.

Some other game modes also don't let you set goals: 1001 Nights starts with short sessions, and they get progressively longer. The 3 Keyholders mode works with your personal best, the keyholders will be basing their decisions based on that time.

But when you're with a human keyholder, or in the Almost Human game mode, you can define your current limits and goals more precisely.

You have three options:

Stay locked longer and longer. Pretty straight forward. You stay locked for 3 days, then 4 or 5, then 6, then 7, then even more. When your goal is to stay in chastity as long as possible, and keep breaking your record, choose this option. This is the most common goal among our users.

Reach a certain number of days, and stay there. Choose a length, say two weeks, that's your target. You work up to that two-week mark. and when you're there, you don't want to break any more records, don't want longer sessions. This can be a goal if you want to reach a state, where, for example, you are only unlocked once a month. This is perfect for these goals. This is the least common goal among our users.

Want to stay locked between X and Y days. If you enjoy the adrenaline rush of constant uncertainty, this option is for you. We suggest this option when you can already stay locked the entire time (even Y days, the bigger of the two), don't want to break records, but also want some fun in not knowing when you will be released. This is the second most common goal among our users.

If you are a beginner, we have a couple of suggestions:

The first thing we ask from you is to be realistic. If you can stay locked in chastity for three days now, then don't expect to be able to stay locked for an entire month in only a few weeks. Your body needs time to adjust, your mind needs time to adjust. If you can only stay locked for three days, don't say you want to be locked for up to seven years.

Getting over the first couple of days is the most difficult part. It's going to be a lot harder to go from three days to six days than to go from thirty days to sixty days. So don't rush it, especially when you are just starting out.

Everyone's goals will be different. Follow your heart, listen to your body. Don't automatically mimic other users.

If you find that you can easily do longer periods, you can change your goals. (If you've already started a session, you can only extend the times. Between sessions, you can decrease them as well.)
