How to set your target


When you're with an AI keyholder, the lengths of your chastity sessions are straightforward: you start with three days locked, and you slowly advance to two weeks or even more, as you progress. This takes time: a year at a minimum, but even more on average.

When you choose to be with a human keyholder, you can define your current limits and goals more precisely.

First, you can tell us how many days you are currently comfortable being locked. We suggest at least three days. We have people with three days as their current chastity time, so don't worry, you won't be alone if that's your current limit. We also have people with a week, two weeks, even a month as the starting length that they are currently comfortable being locked. The overall average is around a week.

Now comes the more difficult part. Setting your target.

Let's start with the easiest scenario: if you don't want to increase your lock times, simply enter the same number as your target. This will result in your lock-times averaging around this many days—but keep in mind that the lock-times will vary, as they are decided by your keyholder.

If you want to increase your lock-times over time (and this is what most people want), the first thing we ask from you is to be realistic. If you can stay locked in chastity for three days now, then don't expect to be able to stay locked for an entire month in only a few weeks. Your body needs time to adjust, your mind needs time to adjust.

Getting over the first couple of days is the most difficult part. It's going to be a lot harder to go from three days to six days than to go from thirty days to sixty days. So don't rush it, especially when you start out.

Everyone's goals will be different. Let's take an example. If say you can do three days now, and want to be able to do two weeks, then we suggest at least a year to reach this target. If you can do two weeks, it will speed up from there; but getting there will not be an overnight job.

If you find that you can easily do longer periods, you can change your goals at any time. The easiest change is to increase your currently comfortable lock-time, set today's date to it, and keep your target as it is.

If, on the other hand, you are not able to complete the sessions, decrease your currently comfortable lock-time. If this is the case, also be sure not to ask your keyholder to be evil to you and give you long sessions. If you find you need more time to reach your goal, extend your target date. Put it in the more distant future, so it becomes doable.

Thinking long-term is key to being able to do longer chastity sessions. It's perfectly normal to set your target goal a year in the future, or even two years in the future. That way, your body and mind have the time to get used to this new normal. Setting unrealistic goals will ruin your chances of succeeding.
